For the next sneaker on the 2017 HYPEBEAST Advent Calendar we’ve teamed up with StockX to deliver Nike’s HyperAdapt 1.0 “Red Lagoon” edition. Debuting as a Cristiano Ronaldo exclusive during his visit to China back in July, the “Red Lagoon” eventually went on general release in September for $720 USD.

The new age HyperAdapt 1.0 was the first commercially available sneaker to integrate the famed EARL power lacing system and the “Red Lagoon” was one of the debut colorways. Aside from the limited availability, StockX's marketplace platform provides a great insight into the aftermarket price range for this coveted model, which shows that buyers were spending up to $1,300 USD for a pair.

Released earlier this year, the Nintendo Switch is the seventh major console developed by the video game giant and serves as its most successful product to date.
